About Our Humble Oven
Our Humble Oven began with a simple goal: to make one of the best Neapolitan pizzas we could, right from our own home. What started as a passion for perfecting dough and fire quickly became something we shared with friends and family. Every time we baked, they gathered around the oven, and every time, they asked for more. The soft, airy crust, blistered edges, and simple, honest flavors became a favorite at our table — and soon, beyond it.
One day, after sharing a pizza with our next-door neighbor, we were encouraged to turn our home kitchen into something bigger. That small moment sparked a big idea: to bring our Neapolitan-style pizza to our community and serve the people of Great Park.
We are a small, home-based Neapolitan pizza kitchen, built on love for the craft and respect for the ingredients. We believe true pizza is an art form — a balance of high-quality ingredients, time, patience, and care. Every dough is prepared with intention, every pizza is baked fresh, and every order is made as if it were for our own table.
